What’s Changing?

As of September 1, Texas retailers will no longer be able to sell vapes containing cannabinoids (like CBD or Delta-8/9 products).

Important: The law does not ban possession or use of these products. That means if you already have them, you’re not breaking the law by keeping or using them.
The Fight Isn’t Over
A lawsuit has already been filed against this unconstitutional ban, and the hemp industry is seeking an injunction to stop SB 2024 from taking effect. The case argues that the law unfairly targets hemp businesses and oversteps state authority. While we wait to see how the courts respond, we’re staying proactive for our customers.
