🚨 URGENT: Texas Hemp at Risk – Your Voice is Needed by Monday 🚨

This Monday, April 7th, the Texas House State Affairs Committee will hold a public hearing on Senate Bill 3 (SB 3) and House Bill 28 (HB 28)—two dangerous pieces of legislation that threaten to shut down the Texas hemp industry as we know it.

These bills would:

Eliminate access to legal hemp-derived wellness products

Destroy small businesses across the state

Put thousands of Texans out of work

Set a disturbing precedent for government overreach

This is about more than just hemp. It’s about freedom of choice, economic liberty, and protecting a fast-growing agricultural and wellness sector in Texas.

📍 HOW YOU CAN HELP:

✅ SHOW UP IN PERSON
The hearing will be held Monday at 8:00 AM in Room JHR 140 at the Texas Capitol in Austin.
Register in person at the Capitol if you’d like to testify—arrive early!

✅ SUBMIT WRITTEN TESTIMONY
Prepare a short, respectful 1-2 page letter stating your opposition to SB 3 and HB 28.
Bring 20 copies to submit at the hearing.
