4K Pharm is a family-owned and operated craft cannabis farm dedicated to producing premium, lab-tested products using organic and sustainable farming practices. Licensed in Texas, 4K Pharm focuses on innovation, research, and quality, driven by the passion and expertise of Taylor Kirk and his family.

The name "4K" reflects the Kirk family—Taylor, Meg, Jenna, and Cade—whose shared vision and dedication are at the heart of the farm’s mission. Together, they are committed to cultivating cannabis as a natural and therapeutic resource. Taylor, an agronomist from Texas A&M University with over 20 years of experience in agriculture, began his journey in the traditional cannabis market around 2000. A lifelong cannabis advocate, he transitioned into the legal industry in 2017 with Texas Original Compassionate Cultivation, one of three licensed medical producers in Texas. There, Taylor played a pivotal role in the company’s success, helping construct grow rooms and serving as Director of Cultivation and later Director of Operations, overseeing, processing, manufacturing, and cultivation.

In partnership with Fluence LED and Texas Original, Taylor spearheaded a groundbreaking cannabis research project and became a consultant for Fluence in 2020.

His expertise has taken him around the world, consulting growers across North America, Canada, Europe, and Australia, and earning speaking opportunities at prestigious industry events such as MJBizCon and Grow Up in Canada.

In 2020, Taylor obtained his Texas hemp license and founded 4K Pharm, initially as a side hustle while continuing to consult globally. Now, he focuses full-time on building the farm’s genetic library and refining unique strains through pheno-hunting in both greenhouse and indoor environments. Recognized for producing some of the best cannabis genetics in Texas, 4K Pharm won the 2024 Texas Hemp Cup award for "Rarest Terpene Profile" with their Super Lemon Haze.

Taylor’s collaboration with Hemp Gaia further amplifies his mission to deliver high-quality, compliant hemp products.
Together, they are shaping the future of cannabis in Texas through transparency, innovation, and a shared passion for the plant.

When Taylor isn’t in the greenhouse, he enjoys BBQ, fishing, music, and spending time outdoors with his family, who remain central to the 4K Pharm story.
